Possessing qualifications as a board secretary of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, as well as certifications for fund management, securities, and insurance industries, I currently serve as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanxi Overseas Returnees Chamber of Commerce.

Rena Song has accumulated 11 years of experience in venture capital (VC), private equity (PE), investment banking, and pre-IPO companies. I have worked successively at Tianfeng Securities (601162) Private Equity Subsidiary, Zhulu Capital, and the Meitehao Group, a supermarket chain with billions of yuan in annual revenue.

Rena Song is well-versed in the entire process of fund-raising, investment, management, and exit. I have personally raised, led teams to raise, and participated in raising project and fund capital exceeding 270 million yuan. I have also participated in investments totaling over 120 million yuan. The projects I have invested in include Yonglian Technology, Xinmao New Energy, and Yunlu Composite Materials. I have been responsible for post-investment management of over 20 projects. I have been involved in the IPO financing, centralized due diligence, and investment banking对接work of three pre-IPO projects. I have successfully led the financing, IPO preparation, and board work of a pre-IPO subsidiary of the supermarket chain group.
