He studied law at the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney’s College of Law.，serving as a corporate attorney in the United States and abroad. He has experience handling international, cross-border transactions, securities, mergers and acquisitions, private placements/public offerings, and financing. He founded the law firm Labertew & Associates, LLC, assisting local, domestic, and international companies in business expansion, development, and mergers and acquisitions. The firm also assists companies in transitioning from private to publicly traded securities companies, eventually listing on stock exchanges.
